Delivery terms

These terms and conditions apply from 27 December 2021. We can change the terms of delivery unilaterally from time to time, so please check out our terms of delivery every time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices

The characteristics and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the price and delivery costs. prices from the cart before accepting the order. Product prices include VAT, which is reflected in the cart and order confirmation.


Any shipping costs charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the delivery method chosen and are automatically added to the order total. You can see the shipping rates charged for your order in your cart before you accept the order.

Ordering and contracting

You can order products on our online store's website by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarise yourself with and commit to our current terms of delivery. You understand that your accepted and confirmed order is binding and generates an agreement with us, except as later mentioned in the right of termination.

You can pay for your order using the payment options described in the online store and available in the shopping cart.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.

If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order we will notify you by email as soon as possible.


We will deliver your order using one of the delivery modes mentioned on our website, which you choose in connection with your order.

Dispatched within

Our most common delivery times to the EU are 2-5 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More detailed times are indicated in connection with the product options.

Right of cancellation and return terms

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act by notifying us no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods or the last consignment or, in the case of regular delivery of goods, of the receipt of the first consignment.

The withdrawal notification must be submitted clearly, for example, on our withdrawal form, in our email below or in a written declaration submitted with the goods to be returned.

The right of withdrawal applies only and the products returned accordingly must be in the original packaging, unused and well packaged for retransmission.

If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal declaration has been submitted to our Return Address mentioned below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit, for example with a return card. The returner shall pay the costs of the refund. These costs will not be repaid to the returner.

When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact information and account number for the refund of the money.

Similarly, we will return the money you have paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Shipment check, error, and problem situations

Please check the delivery as soon as it is received. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is incorrect, please inform our Customer Service as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days, and we will agree on how to correct the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for errors.

Limitation of liability

Mechalto Oy shall not be liable for any indirect or direct damage or any other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has provided otherwise in respect of such damage.


We aim to settle any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreeing, so please contact our Customer Service in the first place to settle the matter.
